OVERVIEW
Our firm seeks a talented, proven, and driven Lead Interior Designer Stylist to guide our residential clients from initial inquiry to a beautiful, functional finished project showcasing Brick + Linen’s aesthetic and brand. You will join our team of dedicated, versatile designers that ensure all our clients receive exceptional service, and that our results exceed expectations. Our ideal candidate has at least seven years of direct industry experience within the realm of Styling, a bachelor’s degree in interior design (4-year accredited program), along with a curated portfolio of successful designs and professional references.
DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Report to Design Principal and CEO as required
  • Field potential new client inquiries and move through the necessary steps to
    successfully secure the project
  • Work with clients (in both individual and team scenarios) to determine their design
    needs and follow our process, guiding clients through the design while providing an
    exceptional experience
  • Professional and artful presentation of projects to clients
  • Develop mood boards and other supportive materials to convey full room concepts
  • Sourcing of products
  • Documentation of all approved selections in our database
  • Ability to work within the brand and aesthetic of Brick + Linen
  • Self-reliant focus on managing all aspects of client management
  • Creative, organized and detail oriented
REQUIREMENTS + QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design strongly preferred
  • Seven years of direct experience in design with concentration in space planning, furniture, textiles, and interior styling
  • Strong luxury sales background required
  • Superior artistic and creative ability
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Project management
  • Attention to detail and an aptitude for visualization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Asana
